A very important part of my practice is that I weave exercise, diet, and behavioral counseling into the treatment of my clients’ mental health challenges.
I see opportunity in learning about why we do what we do and where we are in our personal journeys.
I am inspired by the resilience I see as people navigate our world, and enjoy paying attention to achievement and giving credit to the people who do the work to have a better life.
My psychology practice includes a persoanal training studio, nutrition coaching, personal trainers, psychotherapists, and health coaches to help create a wellness clinic that feels like a health club focused on “health from the inside out”.
I’m not sure anyone can say that we know what living life means outside of breathing. Each of us has a different answer to what makes life worth living.
If we see the humanity in ourselves, take deep breaths to see what happens next, involve some planning and openness, we can figure anything out … together.
Personally, I enjoy adventure, the outdoors, and spending time with my family and friends.
