Spotify Play List for The Power of Music
On this playlist we add songs we think might help people distract, change perspective, and help change their thinking and feeling patterns in the moment.
As with anything, not every song or idea will work for everyone. If you find that it doesn’t work for you, skip it. It does not mean there is anything wrong with you or with me, we just might have a different feeling about a song, lyrics, or a different past experience related to the song, melody, content, or concepts in it. Take care to protect yourself. If a song is triggering, do not listen to it. Use what works for you, leave what doesn’t behind.
