Socialize! Working out alone can be boring. We know that and have designed a variety of small group training classes to meet your needs. From HIIT (High-Intensity Training Programs) to gentle workouts designed to balance your system we have what you need.
Our Private personal training studio and certified personal trainers, health coaches, group exercise instructors, and nutrition coaches are ready to help you and your friends take your fitness and wellness to the next level.
Our semi private exercise program consists of small group training options built around your needs. Depending on the class, we only allow up to 8 people to work out at one time in person. This offers individualized instruction to all members of the group. Our instructors can focus on you, your form, and shift your workout mid-class to make sure you are working out hard enough … or maybe you need a bit more recovery today. They can help make sure you are working safely and effectively to reach your goals. We also offer online links to some of our in-house classes that allow you to work out in the comfort of your home.
Because our classes are small our instructors get to know you. They listen to your goals, needs, and struggles when it comes to weight loss, gaining weight, healthy eating options, chronic illness and non-medical disease management desires, and success stories as you continue along your healthy living path.

Through our online scheduling platform, you can book credits, which function as a punch pass. Then book yourself into classes using your credits.
Each class has an in-person cap and a waitlist.
