Hello!

I’m Josh, JC, or Dr. C. I’m very excited to be working in clinical mental health and performance coaching at Studio B! 

My life’s work has been the integration of the physical and mental and helping others grow and thrive. I recently finished my Doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology. I view my current doctoral studies as coming full circle from my undergraduate focus

(B.A. Exercise Physiology) and graduate focus (M.A. Counseling). Integrating the two is my life’s work.

Whether in a clinical setting or coaching, facilitating behavior change to a healthier life has been my life’s work. Having been on (and still on) my own journey to healing, I have a strong passion for assisting others in their psychological and physical growth journeys. With a strong educational background, I bring experience in leadership (12+ years coaching), teaching (current college psychology instructor), and clinical experience (4+ years). 

My mission is to help unlock your passion and potential for all life has to offer through a strengths based and existential approach rooted in the reality of the moment. 

Personally, I enjoy the outdoors (skiing, biking, running) with my family and dogs.
