My goal is to change your view on fitness so that it is fun, safe, and becomes an important part of your lifestyle. I strongly believe that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind which leads to an overall healthy lifestyle. We all have struggles in our lives and we need to learn to be kind to ourselves and take care of ourselves. We can not help anyone if we can not help ourselves first.
I incorporate mind and body into all of my health and fitness plans. I’ve had the privilege to work with a wide range of clients including but not limited to law enforcement, athletes, stay-at-home moms, bodybuilders, health care professionals, the disabled, and retirees.
I am a certified personal trainer and have multiple specializations in sports conditioning, integrated flexibility training, mental toughness, strength and conditioning, nutrition, sunrise yoga, circuits, mind and body fitness, and bodybuilding. These credentials come from NASM, ACE, AFAA, and Exercise ETC, Inc. I enjoy fitness, meditation, reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with my dogs, family, and friends.
