All our couples training programs start with a fitness assessment so each member’s program is built around their fitness levels and goals. Then we get creative and come up with fun ways for you to workout together while meeting your individual needs. These exercises include movements designed to build your trust in each other, your ability to communicate your needs, and get your needs met both on the personal training side and in the relationship.
Through the program we work on how you are supporting each other and increase ways you can positively influence each other on your path. We know that living in the same household doesn’t always mean you are working together and that learning to support each other on your different paths, while remaining in relationship, takes skill.
