This 5-week program 6 Daze of Strength is all about breaking down movement patterns to make your workout efficient and time-sensitive, while also making sure you hit that critical number of sets and reps for each muscle group to really build the strength, shape, and endurance you have been looking for.
This program breaks your workouts into a pull, push, leg, and core day with a rest day between each 4-day group.
It also includes daily foam rolling and a simple running warm-up to help you keep your body recovering and functioning at the top every time you lift weights.
It uses a combination of free and machine weight exercises to keep you interested and on track. Modifications are available for exercises you may not have the listed equipment to complete.
