This program is a 6-week strength training program for beginners. Once you purchase you have 12 months to start the program. Once started it will roll out day by day for 6 weeks to help you stay on track, focused, and accountable to your dreams and goals.
This isn’t about being a bodybuilder but building your body to function in your life.
It’s about building your strength and endurance so you can live a high quality of life no matter what stage of life you are in.
With our automated system, you get to pick your start date to work with your schedule and our accountability coaches will help support you with tracking habits, checking in with you along your journey, and answering your questions as they come up.
