I’ve called Durango home for more than three decades, and this community has shaped both my life and my lifelong love of fitness. From competitive running, cycling to skiing, I’ve tried just about everything—and along the way, I’ve learned that movement is far more than sport. It’s a foundation for confidence, resilience, and joy.
My goal now is to bring that experience to others. I want to help people build habits that last, create lives that feel stronger from the inside out, and ignite a genuine passion for fitness that carries into every part of life.
