I believe that counseling is not about looking for what’s wrong with you and fixing it. The fact is, you’re not broken.
Instead, it’s about uncovering what’s right with you and resurrecting that from beneath the layers that have obscured it.
Through deep listening, practical skills, and education, I endeavor to help clients find their way through difficulties and discover the resilience and well-being that exists outside of their circumstances.
