I am an Indigenous, multicultural, positive psychologist candidate who advocates for decolonizing therapy and positive mental health practices and policies.

I have years of training and experience in various facets of psychology including mental health and crisis counseling, teaching, and research.

I recognize that everyone may face some barriers to optimal functioning at any point in our lives. I like to help people and communities enhance their cultural strengths and resilience and develop abilities to successfully live, grow, learn, and flourish in their personal, professional, and academic lives.

My therapy draws mostly from Indigenous, multicultural, and positive psychology theories to provide emotion-focused, culturally sensitive services. My narrative therapy is strength-based and holistic and considers multiple intersecting identities to try to increase subjective happiness.
