LSW
Hi, I’m Ali. I believe that healing happens in relationship — with ourselves, with each other, and with the parts of us that have been hurt or hidden. As a therapist, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported, but also gently challenged — a space where new insights and possibilities can begin to unfold.
My work is grounded in a person-centered, somatic, and existential approach, and often informed by ACT and DBT skills. I specialize in trauma, attachment, nervous system regulation, and child play therapy. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
I feel deeply honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey. I’m continually inspired by the alchemy that occurs when wounds, shame, and pain are transformed into resilience, power, and self-knowledge. My hope is to be a compassionate companion and a steady presence as you explore, grow, and begin to write new narratives for your life.
Outside the therapy room, I love seeking joy and beauty wherever I can find it — often with the help of my four cats, my loved ones, delicious food, vintage thrift finds, live music, and time in nature.
