This training and nutrition (and optional psychology support) group is for mid-life women transitioning careers, family, and goals. In this group we look at hormonal weight gain and pitfalls of menopause. We discussed identity creation as we look toward the future and determine what we want it to look like. We take life on and drive it, rather than it driving us.
We are busy running households, carting kids around, working careers, and juggling our own self care. This group focuses on skills and behaviors to balance it all and make it work for you.
How do you fit a workout in when schedules are tight?
We look at how to delegate tasks and help family members help you so you can take care of yourself and them.
Struggle to get family members to eat healthy? And then your goals tank? We help you devise plans that work for you and your family.
At Studio B, we are different because we collaborate with professionals to look at your health wholistically. We use exercise and nutrition to help treat mental and physical health conditions. We find support in diving into the reasons behind your sleep issues, sluggish feelings, stress, and anger. We treat the reasons, not just the symptoms. Our groups are small so we can focus on the bio-individuality of each person and get their program right for them.
This training and nutrition group has the option to add on a therapy group as a way to deepen connection to ourselves and others. To help us gain clarity and purpose while making meaning of our lives thus far. This service might be covered by your insurance. We can check for you.
