Growing up in Durango, I have been fortunate to be exposed to an active lifestyle early on. This allowed me to feel the benefits of exercise and recognize how they carried over into many other areas of my well-being. Not only has exercise made me feel physically confident and capable, but equally as important, it has made me feel in control of my anxiety and mental health. I am so passionate about sharing these benefits with others, which is why I became a personal trainer.
As your trainer, I want to create a program that feels sustainable so that exercise becomes a part of your lifestyle. I strive to provide clients with enjoyable workouts by ensuring variety, because your workout should be the part of your day that you look forward to! We will focus on making positive changes all while sharing a supportive and friendly environment.
