I see therapy as a collaborative relationship focused on your change and growth. As a guide I’ll help you identify and use your strengths as well as give you options, skills and tools to find balance and well-being in your life. Therapy is work in the service of your goals.

I believe that all of us know ourselves best in most ways and that we all also have blind spots.

I will give you objective feedback to look what could be holding you back from living your life fully and explore how to move forward.
