Personal Bio:
Haley studied clinical mental health counseling at Naropa University, concentrating in transpersonal wilderness therapy.
While specializing in nature-based therapy, Haley has practiced in a wide range of treatment including equine therapy, residential treatment centers, addiction programs, as well as nonprofit therapy.
Today, Haley is focusing on supporting adults, teens, families, and couples who are dealing with issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, adoption, and substance abuse.
She believes that when we explore and begin to connect our thoughts, emotions, and sensorimotor experiences, we can understand what it is like to feel safe in our own bodies, and engage in problem solving and intentional decision making.
Haley works creatively, relationally, and experientially with clients utilizing wilderness therapy, mindfulness, somatic resources, a transpersonal lens, and other modalities.
Stepping into therapy is challenging yet profound work that allows you to feel deeply seen by both self and others. This process results in more satisfying relationships, choices, and empowerment.
