Registered Dietitian

Registered dietitian nutritionists can provide you with detailed information about the best diet for you and help you work on behavior changes to meet your dietary needs. They consider your likes and dislikes, how active you are, and other lifestyle factors you need to consider. 

Nutrition Coaching

This one-hour session includes a nutrition assessment, goal setting, and coaching to help you get your nutrition under control.

Open Studio Time

These slots allow you to schedule yourself into open workout slots on the Studio B fitness studio calendar. Spaces are limited to keep the workouts semi-private and help us make sure you have what you need, when you need it, to fit your workout into your day.

We can do hard things! Recognizing your ability to be resilient gives you the power to keep working through change.  This program is for those who have completed the “I Am Worthy” program and are looking to continue their progress.

Life Coaching

Life or personal development coaching differs from psychotherapy in that we aren’t looking at past traumas, emotional healing, and past wounding. In personal development coaching we are sticking to the here and now while building a strategy to get you moving forward.

Dr. Stacy’s psychology clients continually ask her to write things down for them, create worksheets and templates they can use outside of sessions. The Discovery Sessions are educational sessions where she shares all that good info to create lasting change in your life.

Medication Management

Sometimes all the behavior and thought changes in the world aren’t enough. Studio B has psychiatric professionals to help you determine if medication treatment is right for you. 

At Studio B we do not keep medications on site. Refills are determined by your medication provider and require 72 hour notice that a refill is needed. Please call our front desk at 970-422-1761 for more information about how to get your medications refilled in a timely manner. 

Addiction

Have you found yourself locked in a pattern of behavior or thought that isn’t working for you anymore? You might be experiencing addiction. 

We take a broad definition of addiction at Studio B. We work from the idea that addiction is doing something compulsively and obsessively to shift awareness from an unpleasant emotional experience. And as a habit we’ve learned to rely on, we can unlearn it and find a new behavior that’s more healthy for us.

Then this program is for you. Over the course of 4 weeks we’ll target the hardest pieces of ADHD and learn tips and tricks to hack your own patterns. 

In this course we work on ADHD symptoms and issues specific to women with ADHD dealing with them. We review common problems of focus and attention and ways to use our ability to focus on many things at once to our benefit. We will also build skills to hack the parts of ADHD behaviors that annoy us. 

At the end of this program you’ll have a deeper understanding of what helps you, distracts you, and how to work with your own system more successfully. You’ll be able to effectively set boundaries with yourself and others to make sure you are meeting the needs of your brain and body to optimize your ability to accomplish your goals.
